Indiana Stepmother Charged with Neglect After 5-Year-Old Girl Found Dead in River

On June 15th, tragedy struck the small town of Vincennes, Indiana when a 5-year-old girl was found dead in the Wabash River. The young victim’s stepmother, Sarah Truax, has been charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in death.
