Terre Haute, IN – A serious crash on US-41 resulted in one person being flown to the hospital on Wednesday evening. The incident occurred near the intersection of US-41 and Hulman Street.
According to officials from the Terre Haute Police Department, a minivan and a pickup truck collided at around 6:30 PM. The cause of the accident is still under investigation. However, witnesses reported that one of the vehicles may have run a red light.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and found one person trapped inside their vehicle with significant injuries. Due to the severity of their condition, they were airlifted to Regional Hospital in Terre Haute for further treatment.
